ONCE UPON A THEATRE is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit New Mexico corporation dedicated to improving the education of the children in the Albuquerque metropolitan area and surrounding communities. ONCE UPON A THEATRE's educational program brings into schools the joy, excitement, and developmental and academic stimulus of quality live theatre and assists teachers in maximizing the experience through effective teaching tools before and after the performances.

ONCE UPON A THEATRE offers productions of original scripts with adult actors and provides activity/study guides for teachers.
